What is it?

RF heat energy warms the dermis to stimulate collagen and elastin renewal, and also reaches the subcutaneous fat layer to help break down fat cells. Unlike ultrasound (HIFU)-based devices, it uses radiofrequency, and the target depth and goal (tightening/fat) vary depending on the handpiece (Forma, FX, etc.).

Who it's for

Improves sagging cheeks and double chin, refines the jawline (V-line), softens fine lines and boosts skin firmness.

At Datena

  • FX = fat reduction (mid-face, double chin; not for the forehead, temples or outer cheekbones) / FORMA = collagen (mid-face; not for the double chin). Order: FX → FORMA
  • FX can cause significant bruising, so book it at least 2 weeks before any important event
  • FX bruising lasts 2–3 days to 1 week; bruise cream is provided to take home
  • We don't offer Body InMode
