Skin Scrubber
Ultrasonic Skin Scrubber (Deep Cleansing)
A deep-cleansing treatment that uses an ultrasonic scaler (skin scrubber) with water and vibration to gently lift away dead skin, sebum and blackheads.
What is it?
Ultrasonic vibration is applied through a metal spatula tip, creating micro-cavitation (vibrating bubbles) on damp skin. This vibration pushes sebum, built-up dead skin and impurities out of the pores to the surface so they can be removed. It's less irritating than a physical rubbing scrub and leaves pore openings clean and refined.
Who it's for
- T-zone oil, blackheads and whiteheads
- Thick dead skin buildup; dull, rough texture
- Supportive pore care for acne-prone skin; a prep step before extractions
- Area: choose T-zone or full face
At Datena
T-zone / Full face
Before treatment
- Areas with active inflamed acne, wounds or infection are avoided or treated at lower intensity
- Very sensitive skin: decided after consultation
After treatment
- You can wash your face and wear makeup the same day (gentle products recommended)
- Pores are open — moisturize and use sunscreen; avoid saunas and heavy, oily products that day
Good to know
- Temporary redness or mild irritation (fades within a few hours)
- Overdoing it can damage the outer skin layer and leave skin sensitive
Pairs well with
- Paired with our basic care (AquaPeel) for a deeper cleanse
- Used as a prep step before extractions and acne care
"We loosen things up with ultrasound first, so manual extraction is gentler" "Nose blackheads: vibration, not scrubbing" "T-zone only or full face, depending on your skin"
Results and recovery time vary depending on your skin. Pricing and the exact number of sessions will be explained during your consultation after diagnosis. Written based on in-clinic materials as of October 2026.
