A Datena lifting package that combines Sofwave (mid-to-upper dermis) and Ulthera (SMAS fascia layer) to lift every layer with ultrasound, from shallow to deep.

What is it?

Ulthera uses micro-focused ultrasound (MFU-V) to create coagulation points in the SMAS fascia layer (4.5mm) and deep dermis (3.0mm), producing a fundamental lift. Sofwave covers the mid-to-upper dermis (about 1.5mm), reinforcing fine lines and texture in the shallow layer that Ulthera doesn't reach. Both devices are ultrasound-based, but their different target depths make them complementary.

Before treatment

We check for pregnancy, infection or severe acne in the treatment area, and metal implants
We check for recent filler or thread lift history (factored into the treatment plan)

After treatment

Avoid saunas, alcohol and strenuous exercise on the day of treatment; use sun protection
A puffy feeling or muscle-ache-like pain right after treatment improves within a few days
Results appear gradually over 2–3 months, with peak effect at around 3–6 months
