What is it?

Radiofrequency energy is converted into heat as it meets the skin's electrical resistance, warming collagen in the dermis and subcutaneous layer. The collagen contracts right away for an instant firming effect, and new collagen then builds up gradually through the wound-healing response. A built-in cooling system in the handpiece protects the surface of the skin while energy reaches the deeper layers.

Who it's for

Improves sagging of the face and neck, enlarged pores and fine lines. Used both to reverse signs of aging (rejuvenation) and to prevent them (prejuvenation).

Good to know

Temporary redness, a burning sensation, swelling, bruising and dry skin are common. In rare cases, excessive energy has been reported to cause irreversible tissue damage such as deep burns or fat atrophy.

Who should avoid this

Absolutely not for anyone with metal heart devices (pacemaker or ICD) or brain coils. If you have metal implants, only low energy can be used.

Results and recovery time vary depending on your skin. Pricing and the exact number of sessions will be explained during your consultation after diagnosis. Written based on in-clinic materials as of October 2026.
